These Terms govern your use of maxmethod.agency and the services provided by Max Method Marketing Corporation ("Max Method", "we", "us"). By using our website, client portal, or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Max Method provides digital-marketing services including SEO, web development, social media management, graphic design, email marketing, branding, and paid advertising. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for your engagement are set out at checkout or in a proposal/agreement.

Accounts & engagements

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Recurring services are billed monthly and may be cancelled in accordance with your plan or agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in a written agreement or required by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• You represent that you have the rights to any content, credentials, or accounts you provide to us for service delivery.

Third-party platforms

Some services interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Instagram) that have their own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms' actions, availability, or policy changes, and results on those platforms are not guaranteed.

Results & disclaimers

We deliver services professionally, but marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic, followers, sales, or other results. Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

Deliverables created for you become yours upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, which remain ours. Our website content and brand are our property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Method is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as provided in your plan or agreement. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
